Brooklyn Park Clinic delivers!

It was anything but a routine Wednesday afternoon at Hennepin County Medical Center’s Brooklyn Park Clinic on January 9 when Alayah Lenow entered the world during her mom’s routine OB check.

“Our staff did an amazing job delivering this beautiful baby,” said clinic manager Brenda Kennelly.  “It certainly was exciting, but the most important thing is that mom and baby are doing just fine.”

Birth attendants included certified nurse midwife Kaydi Novack, Dr. Rachael Rapacz, JoAnne Lucas and AhMarie Her.

Tiffany  Hallick and her daughter were transported by ambulance to Hennepin County Medical Center and are resting comfortably in the Midwife Unit. Alayah weighed in at 5 pounds, 15 ounces and is 18-and-a-half inches long.
