Every year, Hennepin County Medical Center creates something called a Health Services Plan, which describes our commitment to improve the health of the community and fulfill our mission as a public teaching hospital. This plan isn’t complete until we get feedback from the people we serve — and that’s YOU!
Please consider reviewing the plan and offering your suggestions by e-mail or telephone, or by attending the 2012 Health Services Plan Public meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Whittier Clinic, 2810 Nicollet Ave. South, Minneapolis. Map & Directions
The Health Services Plan includes a report on our program activities over the past year, a perspective on the health challenges in our community, and a description of HCMC’s role in addressing those challenges going forward. Findings from the Health Services Plan are used in the organization’s strategic and annual planning process, to help establish priorities for developing programming that aligns with community health needs.
